Sulev Suvari s a former U.S. Army Foreign Area Officer, Senior Defense Official, and Fortune 50 global head of safety, security, and resiliency. He is a critical thinker and student of complex adaptive systems who applies human factors engineering with red teaming cognitive tools and techniques to address security problems.
He is a Principal at Levvari, a consultancy and research company focused on the operational impact of advancing technologies in the intelligence and security domains. His skills and knowledge were refined during assignments to the Department of the Army, the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, the Defense Intelligence Agency, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, and the United Nations. He holds a bachelor’s degree from The Citadel, a master’s degree from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and is a former Fellow at the George C. Marshall Center for European Security.
