Sulev Suvari is a former U.S. Army Foreign Area Officer, Senior Defense Official, and Fortune 50 global head of safety, security, and resiliency. He is a critical thinker and student of complex adaptive systems, who currently leads levvari, a consultancy focused on security governance fundamentals, information security, and the application of technology to increase program effectiveness.
Sulev delivers a deep understanding of strategy, risk, and human behavior to his work and current clients. This skill and knowledge was perfected over the last three decades working at the Department of the Army, the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, the Defense Intelligence Agency, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, and the United Nations.
Sulev holds a bachelor’s degree from The Citadel, a master’s degree from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, and is a former Fellow at the George C. Marshall Center for European Security.
